• User Content: We collect data that users send when they contact customer support in GetN, noting that the contents of images and recordings that users send are subject to all GetN community guidelines.

• GetN will comply with the terms of the Google API Services User Data Policy, including restrictions on the use of data collected from users' Gmail accounts.

• Data generated while using our services. These include:

• Location data (passengers). We collect precise or approximate location information from riders' mobile devices when they allow us to do so via their device settings.

• Communication Data: We collect data related to phone calls, text messages, or in-app communications between users when they are activated through the GetN Apps.

• GetN business partners through whom users use or create their GetN accounts.

• Partner carriers (for drivers or delivery partners who use our services through an account associated with a similar company).

B. How GetN uses personal data

GetN uses data to provide transportation, delivery, and other services and products in an appropriate and secure manner. We also use this data:

• To enhance the safety of users and the security of our services.

• To provide customer support.

• To provide means of communication between users.

• Marketing and advertising.

• To send non-marketing communications to users.

• In relation to legal procedures.

GetN does not sell Users' data or share it with third parties for their direct marketing purposes, except with Users' consent.

1. Providing our services. GetN uses data to provide, personalize, maintain, and improve our Services.

This includes using data to:

• Create/update accounts.

• Activate transportation and delivery services and other services/features, such as:

◦ Use location data to direct to pickup points, calculate ETAs, and track the progress of trips.

◦ Features that include data sharing, such as sharing driver's first name and ride information with riders to facilitate pickups, user profile and trip details for sharing ETA and fare sharing, and positive user ratings and feedback.

◦ Matching available drivers and delivery partners to users requesting services.

◦ Features that make it easier for people with special needs to use our services.

• Activating the dynamic pricing system feature.

• Executing payment operations.

• Facilitate insurance coverage, transportation, billing, or financing solutions.

• Provide users with updates about rides or deliveries, generate receipts, and inform them of changes to terms, services, or policies.

• Carry out the operations necessary to maintain our services.

Verify the identity of users and their eligibility to provide transportation or delivery services.

In some regions, this includes real-time identity verification in GetN.

• In addition, we may use facial recognition technology to process photographs in a user profile, identity photographs.

• Verification of purposes.

In some countries, passengers may be required to prove their identity in order to use cash and some other payment methods.

• Using driver-partner location information, and communications between riders and drivers, to determine the amount of cancellation fees collected or resulting from fraudulent activity.

• Use device, location, user profile, usage and other data to prevent other types of fraudulent activity.

• Use user ratings, reported events, and other comments to encourage compliance with the GetN Community Guidelines.

• Use of driver data (such as location, ratings, and gender, where permitted by law) and passenger data (such as ratings, pickup locations, and destination).

• Share the user's name, location, phone number and transportation details.

GetN carries out the above activities on the basis that they are necessary to fulfill the terms of our agreements with users, and/or for the legitimate safety and security purposes of GetN, users of our applications, and the general public.

3. Customer support service. GetN uses the information we collect (which may include call recordings) to provide customer support.

GetN carries out the above activities on the understanding that they are necessary to fulfill the terms of our user agreements or for the purposes of GetN's legitimate interests in monitoring and improving the Company's customer support services.

5. Providing means of communication between users. The passenger may contact the driver to retrieve a lost item.

6. Marketing and advertising. GetN uses data (excluding data from "Guest Users") to market its services and those of GetN's partners. This information may include:

We do not sell Users' data or share it with third parties for direct marketing or advertising purposes, except with Users' consent. However, to display personalized third-party advertising and measure its effectiveness, we may share data with advertising brokers.

• 7. Non-marketing communications. GetN may use the data to send you surveys and other communications that are not intended to market the services or products of GetN or its partners.

We may use data to investigate or resolve claims or disputes related to the use of the GetN Services, to fulfill requirements under applicable laws, regulations, operating licenses or agreements, or in accordance with legal process or governmental requests, including law enforcement requests.
